- Simulations, Training & Experimentation (STE) in support of United States Air Force Sponsored or Supported Wargaming Efforts Notice of Intent 25 January 2018 Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/PK), intends to award a firm-fixed price bridge contract on a sole-source basis to BlueForce Inc., Cage Code 3GGS3 for the purchase of Simulations, Training & Experimentation using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of quotations/capability statements. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for capability statements is 08 February 2018 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
