Page 1 of 35 Page 1 of 1 Page 1 of 35 Scope: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, supervision, protective gear and disposal of forty-four (44) pine trees affected by bark beetle. Contractor shall remove the pine trees, grind stump 6-8 inches below soil grade and fill chips into the hole. Contractor is required to have maintain a valid and current OSHA 30 training during the period of performance. Prior to commencement of work a copy of OSHA 30 shall be provided to the Structural Unit department.
