Description

Description: MPLS Surgical Instrument and Repair This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR 12 and 13 in accordance with IL 90-99-4 (http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/ils/il99_4.cfm). This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business. The purpose of the Solicitation shall be to provide the Minneapolis VA Health Care System Surgical Instrument and Repair. Vendor shall provide preventative maintenance and repair services for various surgical and procedural instruments, in accordance with the original manufactures instructions, to include but not limited to; sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, stain removal, polishing, oiling, adjusting, and replacement of parts. Instruments will be provided individually or as components of a specialty tray. The electronic solicitation will be announced on or about January 24, 2018. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 23. No questions will be accepted prior to the solicitation, this is for notification purposes only.
