- Purchase Description This Presolicitation notice is for a PULSE FUNCTION GENERATOR which shall be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description SCAT 4404/1404 dated 6 October 2017 (attached to this notice). The Government anticipates issuing a firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 5-Year IDIQ Contract (3-Year Base period and 2-One Year Option periods) with estimated yearly quantities of 23 each. The Government plans to issue a single award. The propose acquisition will be solicited on a fully competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 12. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases (WPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA. NOTE: Pattern, Drawings, Deviation Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc, are NOT stocked at DODSSP. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from ASSIST-Online at: http:dodssp.daps.dla.mil. Users may use ASSIST-Quick Search to searhc for and download available documents directly using standard browser software. documents that are not available for downloading from ASSIST-Quick Search can be ordered from the DODSSP website using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard after obtaining a DODSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures.
