- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR13.106-1(b), solicit from a single source, to Innovative Product Achievements, LLC, 1105 Satellite Blvd. NW, Suwanee, GA 30024-4613. Innovative Product Achievements, LLC will provide a comprehensive service and preventative maintenance protection plan for the Innovative Product Achievements (IPA) ScrubEx Dispenser/Receiver units. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The place of performance is for the Saint Louis VA Medical Center. The Saint Louis VAMC is located at 915 N Grand Blvd., Saint Louis, MO 63106-1621. The NAICS code is 532490 with a size standard of $32.5 Million. The solicitation number is 36C25518Q0185. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) month Base year plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT 31 January 2018 at 2:00 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement 36C25518Q0185, Notice of Intent. If after 31 January 2018, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with Innovative Product Achievements, LLC. This notice of intent to award a contract to a single source is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
