Description
IPS Market Survey for Sources Sought IPS NSN Listing for Sources Sought SOW DRAFT for Sources Sought DLA Land and Maritime intends to issue a solicitation to establish a Long Term Contract with the intent of providing integrated platform support for a package of material used in sustainment of the following 10 weapon systems: 1) Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), 2) Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 3) Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles, 4) M113 Vehicles, 5) Paladin, 6) M109, 7) M88A2, 8)Assault Amphibious Vehicle, 9) Amphibious Combat Vehicle and 10) Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV). Major focus of this contract includes the requirement for obsolescence/configuration change management for these NIINs supporting the above platforms. Management of the NIINs for the older platforms is especially critical to this project. The awardee will be responsible for providing end-to-end logistics support in an effort to 1) maintain industrial preparedness through obsolescence management, configuration management and supplier base maintenance 2) sustain at least current material availability levels and 3) reduce material costs to DLA's customers in support of the above BAE vehicles. An awardee selected for this acquisition will not merely provide individual spare part support, but will also be required to perform supply chain and inventory management, delivery, material forecasting and industrial preparedness support in order to mitigate the impact of obsolete parts and configuration management changes. Please read the following three document attachments: 1) IPS Statement of Work DRAFT 2) IPS NSN Listing 3) IPS Market Survey It is requested the attached IPS Market Survey be completed, along with the NIIN listing (reflecting those NIINs you are interested in), and be returned to this Buyer by February 6, 2018. It is imperative that the Statement of Work draft is read before completing these documents. The Government is seeking to understand the capabilities of interested parties. Please supply your responses by February 6, 2018 to the following email address: Jane.Bennett@dla.mil. Additionally, any questions or requests for clarifications may be sent to this same email address, or you may call Jane Bennett at 614-692-1794.
