Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about the February 7th, 2018 to Replace Storm Drain System at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-16-604. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to remove and replace sections of the Storm Drain System located at the VA Medical Center in Bath, New York. The General Contractor (G.C.) shall be responsible for preparing the site for storm water drainage work. Work includes general construction, alterations, demolition, removal and disposal, grading, drainage, utility relocations, site restorations, erosion and sediment control, laboratory testing, exploratory excavations and any other work not specified here or in the contract drawings that is required to complete a fully functioning system at the end of the contract period. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 237110. The small business standard is $36.5 M. The cost range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
