This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION to provide ALL INCLUSIVE service and maintenance on Hobart/Aeroworks/Champion/and Douglas branded dishwashers and equipment located at C.W. Bill Young (Bay Pines) VA Medical Center. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (SERVICES) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes on 36C24818Q0051. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017. The Network Contracting Office 8 - SAO East intends to award an ALL INCLUSIVE, firm-fixed priced, requirements, SERVICES contract to the contractor providing full coverage maintenance services in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) for ALL industrial dishwashers throughout the C.W. Bill Young (Bay Pines) VA Medical Center located at the main campus, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744. This RFQ is issued January 23, 2018 and will end on February 2, 2018 at 4:00 PM EST.
