- Amendment #1 (para. 3 Proposal Due Date). 22 JAN 2018. PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE: FROM 19 FEB 2018 TO 20 FEB 2018 (para 3). THIS CHANGE IS REFLECTED IN THE AMENDED SOLICITATION HEREIN ATTACHED. THE GOVERNMENT INTENTS TO AWARD A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR ONE BASIC YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS. Request for quote (RFQ) is to provide 31 MDG Aviano AFB with transportation of lab specimens (temperature-sensitive items that need careful protection and must be transported accordingly), medications, and medical documentation between Aviano AFB Hospital (Bldg. 121) and US & Europe locations.
