Description

A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-0645 PR 71610853 was issued to establish a firm fixed price, Definite Quantity Contract for NSN 1615-01-105-1384, Receiver Assy, Tie D, P/N: 70150-0932, P/N: RI1456-3 used on the H-60 helicopter. This is a Firm Fixed Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 1042 each. Approved Sources are Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, (78286) and Marathonnorco Aerospace (08844) with AMC/AMSC of 1/C. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a Contractor First Article Testing. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The Delivery Objective is 90 Submit Test Report, 30 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor and 231 days ARO for delivery of Production Quantity. Production delivery will be FOB: Origin and Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this requirement. This is a critical application item and export control requirement. This is not a commercial item.
