Network Contracting Office 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about January 26, 2018 - and intends to award fixed price with EPA, Multiple Award IDIQ contracts for Nursing Home services for beneficiaries of the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46202. NAICS Code 623110, Small business size standard, $27.5 million. The facility shall be located in Hamilton County, Indiana, USA. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 and VAAR 873. The Contractor shall provide skilled nursing home services for veterans. The period of performance is one five year ordering period. In strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 PM (Eastern) on February 9, 2018.
