Reference Material EE133M18RQ0138 SF 1449 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); Office of Marine and Aviation Operation (OMAO); NOAA Ship Henry Bigelow. Replace decking for the NOAA Ship Henry Bigelow for their Dry Lab and Chem Lab. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number is EE-133M-18-RQ-0138 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 336611, Ship Repair, with a size standard of 1250 employees. (v) Requirements: Replace the deck covering on the Dry Lab and Chem Lab deck interior spaces with IMO/USCG approved rubber tile deck covering per the following requirements: (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Refer to Statement of Work in the SF-1449 EE133M18RQ0138 1: Main Deck - Dry Lab (1-47-0): 292 Sq Ft - Chem Lab (1-31-1): 279 Sq Ft Total Sq Ft Main Deck: 571 (NOTE: The total square feet noted may not be exact. The contractor is responsible for determining the exact square footage of the deck areas requiring replacement.) (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: Preferred work to Start by Feb 01 2018 and completed by Feb 16 2018. Delivery/ Performance location is: NOAA Ship Henry Bigelow 439 W York Street Norfolk, VA 23510 (viii)-(xv) Please see SF1449 Attached for Provision and Clauses (xvi) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
