The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 120 each up to 360 each maximum of a VALVE ASSEMBLY, NSN: 4810-01-442-6929, Part Number: 7-311642045-3 applicable to the A-BJ APACHE weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 120 each Year 2: 120 each Year 3: 120 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 120 each, 608 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 120 each, 405 DACA with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is limited in competition to HOWE MACHINE, Cage Code 65777; ITT CORPORATION, Cage Code 73760; and THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code 48T42. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE TH EUNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
