This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about the February 5th, 2018 to renovate the blood draw and lab waiting area at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-17-607. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work to renovate the blood draw and lab waiting areas as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, plumbing, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $36.5 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
