- Attachment 1 - Checklist of Technical Requirements Attachment 3 - Past Performance Data Sheet Attachment 4 - PPQ Attachment 2 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Questions and Answers Solicitation N32205-18-R-2004 **The synopsis for this requirement was previously advertised on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website under N32205-18-R-2004** Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for CIVMAR lodging and transportation in the Norfolk, VA area. The Contractor shall provide lodging and transportation as specified herein, to the authorized Civil Service Mariners (CIVMARs) assigned to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) in Norfolk, VA. The Contractor shall furnish necessary facilities, including furniture, equipment and supplies, management, and supervision of the hotel labor force. Such facilities shall be located within a twenty-five (25) mile driving radius of CIVMAR Support Unit-East (CSU-E), Bldg. SP-312, 518 A Street, Naval Station, Norfolk VA 23511-2419, usingwww.mapquest.com, AND excludes any hotel separated from the base by a tunnel. The Government will award a Single Indefinite Delivery - Requirement Contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered and will consist of a base year and four (4) one-year option periods commencing on 28 April 2018. This requirement is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation is only available electronically on the FBO website. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
