Description

This Requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Altoona VA Medical Center in Altoona, PA will be soliciting quotes under Solicitation number 36C24418Q0242 for a contractor to provide all the necessary labor, tools, material, equipment and supervision to repair an underground steam line leak. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and most to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractor and Product Service Code (PSC) is J045- Main/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0242. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about January 18, 2018.
