Description

Solicitation: N6134018R0034 This posting is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.204 and 5.203(a) and is for the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Family of Trainers System Baseline Configuration (SBC) 4 Block Cycle (BC) 7 Update. Draft requirement documentation is included in this posting and offerors are requested to review the documentation and submit comments and questions to the Government point of contract (POC) by the response date. The Government does not intend to release a draft solicitation. DOCUMENTATION REQUEST: The documents have a limited distribution statement identified. The transmission of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) shall be conducted via the Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE). SAFE is designed to provide an alternative way to send encrypted files other than email. Information regarding the use of SAFE can be found at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Default.aspx. The following shall be ensured: All files transferred via SAFE shall be for official US Government related business. All files transferred via SAFE shall be UNCLASSIFIED. SAFE CANNOT be used to transmit classified information All files shall be encrypted For access to the requirement documentation, please send your organizations official POC information to the Government POC identified in the pre-solicitation notice.
