- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of SPAWAR 6.0 Acquisition and Program Management Directorate Executive and Program Management Support Services plans to award a bridge contract on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, sole-source basis, to Client Solutions Architects (CSA), 52 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. This bridge contract is done pending award of the competitive Seaport task order under Request for Proposal N00039-17-R-3063 being conducted by SPAWAR. The estimated period of performance of this bridge contract is four months with two two-month options at a estimated dollar value of approximately $10,800,000. This effort will be to obtain the full range of executive and program management support services for SPAWAR 5.0, 6.0 and Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) in executing its responsibilities in providing Program Support. This bridge contract, when awarded, will allow CSA to continue providing the contractor support services that they were providing on their current Seaport Task Order N00178-05-D-4242 -NS10 while the Government completes its competition and award of the competitive Seaport task order under Request for Proposal N0003917R3063. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541618. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice of intent should be submitted no later than(15) calendar days from the date of this synopsis to Mr. Bobby Wiley at Robert.Wiley1@navy.mil.
