W91249-18-R-0006 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due 31 January, 12:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by NLT 18 January 2018, 9:00 am. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58.
