Description

The VISN 10 Network Contracting Office (NCO 10), located at 260 E. University Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45219 hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Beacon Point Associates, LLC. 1216 SW 4th St, Suite 4, Cape Coral, FL 33991 to provide the Cleveland VA Medical Center the Anspach G1 Surgical Drill accessories for advanced ear surgery. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, applies and the size standard is 200 employees. Beacon Point Associates, LLC is classified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only SDVOSB that is an authorized reseller of DePuy Synthes Anspach G1 Surgical Drills. No solicitation document are available; however, any SDVOSB or SVOSB firm that believes it that they can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 24 hours from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance. Information must be sent electronically to Jenifer.mccune@va.gov. Any responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government as to whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by January 12, 2018 by 1600 specified in this notice to be considered.
