Description

RFQ--Bien Chiropro This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR subpart 13.1, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested. Interest parties are responsible for monitoring this announcement to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339114-Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees, and is applicable to this solicitation. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Background. The requirement is to purchase, package, ship and deliver the Bien Air, Chiropro L Premium. This unit is used in Oral Maxillofacial, oral surgical procedures to remove impacted third molars and removal of non-fictional dentition. Responses must be received by: 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Wednesday, January, 2018
