- Description
- Amendment 0002 - Change Due Date, update Special Instructions, and added Questions and Answers #2. Requirement Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) Building 3307 4th Floor and Building 3309 Information Technology (IT)/ Electronic Security Systems (ESS). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Building 3307 Integrated Installation and Testing Support (IITS) and Building 3309 ESS as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform work under this contract at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Period of Performance: The period of performance is 120 days after contract award. Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Security Clearance: Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must have an active personnel security clearance at the SECRET level in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) at time of the proposal submission, and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract. SAM: The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is: https://www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency upon posting of the solicitation. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFP. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 20 December 2017 on Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Interested offerors who plan on attending the site visit must coordinate with the Government prior to attendance.
