- Description
- Subject to final approval, the Bureau of The Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Uncharted Software Inc. 2 Berkeley Street, Suite 600, Toronto, Ontario for FinCEN's required maintenance support for an IT software application known as Influent 3.0, an ETL pipeline that ingests data. This tool requires full maintenance support as well as remote support and training. A proprietary license for the Influent software is held by Unchartered Software, Inc. The Bureau of The Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses received no later than January 22, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show how it will be advantageous to the Government to change providers for this requirement. A request for information will not be considered an affirmative response. Responses to this request can be emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov Attention: MB/HS SS-FIN-18-027. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole source award to Uncharted Software Inc. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
