- Add-on item details NSNs: See Attachment Item Description: See Attachment Manufacturer's CAGE and Part Number: See Attachment Estimated Annual Quantity: See Attachment Unit of Issue: See Attachment Destination Information: VARIOUS DLA STOCKING LOCATIONS Delivery Schedule: AS NEEDED The purpose of this announcement is to advertise that the Government intends to add 108 NSNs onto contract SPE7MX-17-D-0135. The addition of these NSNs follows the terms of the original basic contract by adhering to DLAD 52.216-9006, Addition/Deletion of Items. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) developed a logistics support concept for DLA managed consumables for which JLG Industries, Inc. (CAGE 1YHH8) is an approved source. Each of the NSNs are coded approved to JLG Industries, Inc. and fall within the aforementioned contract scope. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the Unites States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research and the procurement type of basic contract SPE7MX-17-D-0135, the Government shall follow policies regarding FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
