Description

This is not a Request for Proposals. This is a Sources Sought Announcement, a market survey for written information only. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington is seeking qualified and interested parties to provide electronic on-line database access for legal research services. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details. Based upon this survey, a decision will be made whether to issue a proposed solicitation for the type of service identified in the SOW. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus 4 option years. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. Offerors can view and/or download the draft Statement of Work at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Interested parties shall respond no later than Monday, 22 January 2018, 2:00 PM EST.
