- This document is Appendix D to the PWS for the IBD-SS requirement and should be read in its entirety. This document is Appendix C to the PWS for the IBD-SS requirement and should be read in its entirety. This document is Appendix B to the PWS for the IBD-SS requirement and should be read in its entirety. This document is Appendix A to the PWS for the IBD-SS requirement and should be read in its entirety. This document is the PWS for the IBD-SS requirement and should be read in its entirety. Industry Day Request Letter for Foreign Nationals to be completed for any attendee that is a Foreign National or has Dual Citizenship. Industry Day Participant Form to be completed for each attendee. Directions to Industry Day Locations Please find the DRAFT Performance Work Statement, its appendices and the documentation necessary to attend Industry Day, for Integrated Base Defense - Sustainment Support (IBD-SS)(REF No. RS3-18-0008). The Government will be holding an Industry Day for this requirement on January 30th, 31st and February 1st at Ft. Belvoir, VA, beginning at 9:00 AM, if you are interested in attending please provide a list of attendees with no more than three (3) representatives from your organization. Due to the large interest in IBD-SS, the Government will not entertain more than three individuals. Please submit all the attendees via the Industry Day Participants form attached, and complete the attached Sample Local Visit Request Letter for Foreign National employees only. The first day will consist of a general session in the morning that overviews the effort and provides answers to industry questions. Following the session will be one-on-ones, which are scheduled for January 30th, January 31st, and February 1st. Depending on how many companies we have request one-on-ones will determine if all the days are necessary. The Government will provide the company with the date and time for their one-on-one the week of January 22nd. Due to interest we cannot accommodate requests for specific dates from contractors. All correspondence shall be submitted to Paul Easton at paul.a.easton.civ@mail.mil AND Undra Robinson at undra.n.robinson.civ@mail.mil. PLEASE NOTE: The Government intends to compete this effort under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ Contract vehicle, but welcomes all companies to attend the Industry Day.
