Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation 36C10X18R0003 issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January 20, 2017. The NAICS Code is 52492 - Third Party Administration of Insurance and Pension Funds; Product Service Code G008 Social Government Insurance Programs: Other. The Small Business size standard is $32.5 Million. The Government will award a single no-cost contract resulting from this solicitation.
