Description

FA8620-18-R-2015. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Medium Altitude UAS Division, AFLCMC/WIIK, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Raytheon-Solipsys. This effort will secure Zeus Software Maintenance and Repair Services. Raytheon-Solipsys is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the Zeus software and is the only firm that possesses the necessary data rights to be able to perform repairs as needed. The Government does not own the data rights for the system; therefore, to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement action is 541511. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size number standard for 1,250 for determination of small business status. Responders shall include their assigned DUNS number and their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
