Description

GSA Form 527 - Contractor's Qualifications and Financial Information Standard Form 24 - Bid Bond DOL Wage Determination Standard Form 1442 - Solicitation Offer and Award C301 Reps and Certs C201 Solicitation C101 Agreement The objective of this project is to provide all modernization services required by the design package, for passenger elevators 1-8 and freight elevators F1-F3. Modernization includes but is not limited to new: elevator machines, controllers, governors, hoist way cables and equipment, traveling cables, cab enclosures, cab finishes, cab doors, cab lighting, cab floor finishes, car operating panels, hall fixtures and lanterns, refinish selected hoist way doors and frames, waterproofing elevator pits, selective demolition, and miscellaneous electrical wiring. A contractor capable of elevator installation is required for this procurement.
