Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within seven days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Department of Navy, Assistant for Administration (DON/AA) requires access to Congressional Quarterly website to stay apprised of current Congressional bills and legislative actions. DASN FM and C requires subscriptions to Congressional Quarterly ™s online repository. This procurement is for the purchase of 20 Congressional Quarterly subscriptions. See attached Sole Source Justification for more information. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511110. All responses may be emailed to Joseph Haviland at joseph.haviland1@navy.mil and reference number N0018918H0410 no later than 1500 EST on 16 January 2018.
