- PR# 70843034, NSN: 5985-01-443-9178; Antenna This requirement is for a quantity of 10 each with price breaks requested from 10 - 25 each. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicted under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1) Approved Sources: ROCKWELL COLLINS, INC. DBA 13499 P/N 622-9022-001 BALL AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES CORP. 0ESR2 P/N 300655-500 RAYTHEON COMPANY DBA RAYTHEON 00724 P/N 01-01395-002 Delivery is 390 days. For those sources interested in becoming an approved source, DLA Land and Maritime PROC NOTE L04/M06 Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items, outlines the Offerers requirements and will be included in the solicitation. First Article Testing is not required. This item will be shipped to a government stock location in Hill AFB UT. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies. This solicitaiton is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around January 23. 2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitaiton for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interst and capability to satisy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance factors. This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
