Page 1 of 1 The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. 36C78618R0093 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform Trash Pick Up/Dumpster Services at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144. The Contractor shall furnish (F.O.B. Destination within consignee s premises) all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items / services necessary and incident to the provision NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE (TRASH) COLLECTION & REMOVAL SERVICES at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144. Services shall be provided on a weekly scheduled and as needed / as requested basis. The period of performance is from Date of Award through September 30, 2018, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options, if exercised. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).   The NAICS Code is 562111.   Size standard is $38.5 Million.   An electronic solicitation 36C78618R0093 is available now for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 01/22/2018. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov.   Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.   See separate attachment for the solicitation 36C78618R0093. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
