Description

This is a sources sought request for potential vendors to respond to this requirement to determine the market for Special Mode Transportation Services for the Kansas City VAMC located at 4801 Linwood Drive Kansas City, MO 64128 Contractor shall furnish assisted medical transportation services for Wheelchair Van and Litter (non-ambulatory patients) for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO. The primary intent of the forthcoming contract is for prearranged non-emergency transportation to be provided twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year of the term of the contract. The majority of requests for service will be between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contractor shall provide socioeconomic status and classification (SDVOSB, SB, VOSB, etc.) The NAICS Code is 485991, Special Needs Transportation and the small business size standard is $15 Million. All interested vendors should provide a response before 2:00 p.m. CST 16 January 2018.
