- January 9, 2018 36C24618Q0288 558-18-1-122-0055 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought notice seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), WOSB or Small Business Concerns to supply and install Nurse Call Televisions for the Hospice Expansion: STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Subject: Supply & Install Nurse Call Televisions for the Hospice Expansion: CLC1 HOSPICE BULIDING 23 Provide and install 13 Peerless SA740P articulating wall mounts and associated hardware 13 LG Healthcare Grade 32 LED HDTV in 13 separate rooms located in the Hospice Terminate 13 existing Homerun Coax Cables located in N1038 and at each Television. and Install 2 bidirectional 8-way couplers 26 F-90 degree adapters 13 CATV and Pillow Speaker WP-0152 Faceplates 13 Pillow Speaker jumper cables 13 3ft coax jumper cables, and cable management support hardware Connect coax cable, power cord, and Pillow Speaker jumper cable to each TV Connect to existing custom MATV system Program each TV with the correct Pillow Speaker settings, Volume level, Power On commands, and available channels Balance and align analog RF MATV signal for Hospice & surrounding area affected by the additional televisions The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238210, Size Standard: $15.0 and the Classification code is 6530.
