Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System Seattle Division in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. for the following services: The contract shall provide Training Consultant Instructors to fulfill a unique training experience for Veteran Affairs employees with specific goals for learning the skill sets and applying the principles of leadership methodologies in preparation for promotion into positions with higher responsibility within the VHA. The Contractor will deliver five separate sessions (nine days total) of live instructor-led classroom courses to fulfill an educational mandate for one annual facility funded LEAD series. The Contractor will provide the following training: January 23-25, 2018 The 4 Essential Roles of Great Leaders (3 days) February 13, 2018 Project Management, Part I (1 day) February 27, 2018 Project Management, Part II (1 day) March 27-28, 2018 7 Habits for Managers 2.0 (2 days) This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PST on 10 January 2018. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
