- Notice of Intent to Use Full and Open Competition Solicitation for Offers No. 6MS0093 City, State Hattiesburg, MS Delineated Area: North: Begin at the intersection of Interstate 59 and HWY 49, head southeast on HWY 49, turn left on Hardy Street heading east, turn left on McLeod Street heading north/northeast, turn right on Main Street heading south/southeast, turn right on W Pine Street heading southwest. East: From the northern boundary, continue on W Pine Street heading southwest, continue on W Pine Street as it becomes Broadway Drive, continue on Broadway Drive as it becomes Veterans Memorial Drive/HWY 11 until reaching the intersection of Interstate 59. South: The southern boundary will consist of the southernmost point of the east/west boundaries intersecting at Veterans Memorial Drive/HWY 11 and Interstate 59. West: From the eastern boundary, at the intersection of Veterans Memorial Drive/HWY 11 and Interstate 59, turn right heading north on Interstate 59, continue on Interstate 59 to intersection of HWY 49 which begins the northern boundary.
