Description

Wage Determination Experience Questionnaire RFQ & Schedule of Items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or www.acquisition.gov. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the small business size standard is $5.5 million. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320 Dry cleaning and Laundry Services (except coin-operated). Solicitation number 12034318Q0029 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for laundry services and supply for the Aerial Fire Depot (AFD) and the Northern Rockies Fire Cache (NRFK). Laundry services consist of multiple Fire Cache supply items such as; tool roll cases (chainsaw & pump), case fire Shelters, chaps (all sizes), field packs, sleeping bags, wool blankets, tents, and fire clothes. Rental and replacement of entry rug items are required monthly from Contractor. Rental and replacement of coveralls and apron items are required weekly from Contractor. Some of these supply items will require pick-up and delivery to Government facilities in Missoula locations. Certain large quantities of Fire Cache items require same day or 24 hour service during Fire Season. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price, past performance and capability to accomplish this type of work. Period of performance will include a base year (12 months) to begin at time of award plus 4 Option years. Option years are exercised at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 17.207. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, and 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. The following items will need to be submitted; 1. Schedule of Items, containing quoted amounts 2. Experience Questionnaire Quotes must be received by 19 January 2018, 1:00 PM, MST at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Theresa Peterson, AQM, 24 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula, MT. 59804.
