- List of proposed NIINs Synopsis NOTICE TYPE : Pre-Solicitation TITLE : Sole Source, LORD Corporation, Long Term Contract (LTC) planned. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract which will include multiple FSCs to procure NSNs determined as sole sourced to LORD Corporation. A total of 29 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. All included NSNs are sole source, LORD Corporation, but surplus, and distributor offers will be considered and evaluated on a line by line basis. The proposed contract(s) will be for a total five (5) year period of performance, inclusive of options. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. This is proposed to be a FAR Part 15 effort. The proposed contract(s) will be fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. The solicitation will be posted on FBO on or around January 24, 2018 NOTE : Attached list of NSNs
