Description

36C79118R0001 Amendment 5 The purpose of this Amendment is to adjust the ceiling amount listed in the solicitation and to extend the due date for proposals as a result of this Amendment. On page twelve (12), section B.4, the contract ceiling amount is listed as $10,000,000 per contract. The amount is changed as a result of this Amendment to an aggregate ceiling amount of $50,000,000. The ceiling amount is for all contracts resulting from this solicitation to include all CLINs and all option years. Section B.4 will now read as follows: The maximum value of supplies that the Government may order during the contract performance period including all contracts, CLINs and all options if exercised is $50,000,000. The due date for proposals is now changed to January 21, 2018, 11:59pm MST. All interested parties who have submitted proposals per the original due date may resubmit proposals as a result of this Amendment but it is not required. Offerors will be sent communication requesting that they acknowledge this Amendment.
