- 1) ALTA 8- Qty EA, 2) 18" ALTA Propeller Counter clockwise- Qty 24 EA, 3)18" ALTA Propeller Clockwise- Qty 24 EA, 4) ALTA Flight pack- Qty 6 EA *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis. This requirement is sole to Freefly Systems, 15540 Woodinville-Redmond, NE, Building A800, Woodinville, WA 98072, due to the Freesky ALTA 8 has a unique signature that the user would like to collect and analyze. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
