- Sources sought under the Buy Indian Act and DIAR Part 1480 for 100% Native-owned firms. Contractor to provide professional services for base plus four (4) option years. Electric Arizona Utility Scale Resource and Power Pooling Optimization Consultant Services to consist of all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, insurance, transportation, and equipment to perform power scheduling, power resource planning (IRS Group, SPPR Group and SPPA Group), rate studies and power system planning studies. Specializes in utility rate and cost-of-services studies, hydropower resource scheduling, coordinated resource scheduling with situated preference power entities, energy accounting at both retail and wholesale levels in support of power contract administration, power resource planning and procurement, power system planning studies, and necessary working relationships with the Arizona transmission providers.
