Description

COMMERCIAL SPACE NEEDED 2,550 USF TO 2,805 USF The Government is searching for Lessors willing to execute a GSA lease, conduct a seismic survey for the building, accept a Type 2 laboratory use, and have the ability for the Government to install a 100% fresh air independent A/C system with exhaust venting to the rooftop. USE Research laboratory, Level 2 (reference CDC.gov). TYPE OF SPACE acceptable is lab/medical/office/retail/warehouse/flex. ZONING research lab use is acceptable in B-2, BMX-3, BMX-4, I-1, I-2, & IMX-1 zones. SIZE Minimum 2,550 USABLE SF to maximum 2,805 USABLE SF PARKING 4 reserved stalls for Government-owned vehicles. AREA From Kaimuki to Aiea. IMPROVEMENTS Does not currently need to be a laboratory. The Government can renovate. TERM 15 years, 10 firm. Ten years of stabilized Government rent. DEADLINE Deadline for reply is Monday, January 29, 2018. SHOWINGS will be scheduled on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 and possibly January 31, 2018.
