- Page 1 of 1 This is a notice to all offerors that FedBizOpps Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25618Q0181 is being amended to add/change the following: Response Date: Change (Extend) current response date/time for all eligible offerors. Change From: Friday, January 5th, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. CST (New Orleans, LA) Change To: Thursday, January 11th, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. CST (New Orleans, LA) Amend/Change OFFER SUBMISSION GUIDANCE to read the following: OFFER SUBMISSION GUIDANCE: Offer Submission Guidance: Offers shall be submitted via e-mail, (or by mail, or by courier) to C. Robert Oravetz, Contract Specialist, christopher.oravetz@va.gov. Offers shall be submitted on or before the close date/time as specified in this solicitation. Offers are due no later than Thursday, January 11th, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. CST (New Orleans, LA). Any contractor submissions or requests for information received after the closing date and time of this solicitation (for any reason) are late, and shall not be considered. It is very unlikely that the solicitation close date will be extended again so offerors are encouraged to respond on or before the final response date of Thursday, January 11th, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. CST (New Orleans, LA) with their best offer. As descriptive literature is required as part of the offeror s submission it is recommended (but not required) that offers be sent utilizing e-mail messages with manageable and allowable file sizes to ensure an effective transmission. Separate or multiple e-mails are allowed just as long as the offeror indicates which/how many e-mails constitute a complete offer. (i.e. E-mail message 1 of 2, E-mail message 2 of 2 etc.). Offers that are late due to e-mail transmission problems/issues will not be accepted. The government will acknowledge receipt of offers (by e-mail) if received prior to the close/date time of the solicitation (if an e-mail address is provided). The government s acknowledgement that an offer has been received shall not constitute an offer s technical acceptability or unacceptability (because the government is not able to evaluate offers during or immediately following the close of a solicitation). In lieu of sending by e-mail, eligible offerors are authorized to send/submit their offers by mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) or courier providing their offers are received on or before the close date/time of the solicitation (Thursday, January 11th, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. CST (New Orleans, LA)).
