- Continuation Page The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment/ component spare parts applicable to the E-3A Airborne Warning and Control System, the AN/APX-113, APX-124, APX-125 systems using other than full and open competition procedures. 1 Each of the items/NSNs listed are needed. (See Attached Continuation Sheet.) (See Note 22, 26). DLA Solicitation SPRWA1-18-R-0006 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the attached NSNs. This procurement action will result in a one-time Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order against BAE's Corporate Contract (SPE4AX-15-D-9414) The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to BAE Systems, 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1609, pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Required Delivery is expected to be negotiated. Attached continuation sheet reflects item nomenclature, NSN and Part Number. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
