- Solicitation Amendment 0002 Solicitation SPRDL117R0016 Amendment 0001 and 0002 NOTE: This buy requires source-controlled (to Viking Pumps) sub-components, as indicated on drawings. Per drawings, Viking Pump is the Approved Source for both part no. 7034575 (Item No. 1) and part no. 7034581 (Item No. 2). On the left-hand side of each drawing there is a note stating that.See TDP drawings for parts 7034575 (Item No. 1) and part no. 7034581 (Item No. 2). Viking Pump has recently indicated to the Government that they will begin produce the pump itemes noted above. Previously, Viking pump had declined to produce these items. Noun: FUEL PUMP KIT NSN: 2910006784673 GOVT Part #: 8725292/ CAGE 19207 Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination Packaging: Military B QTY: Base 1,000 Each ; Option None (Option Deleted) Related WPN system: M916 TRK, Tractor. Certified Cost or Pricing data shall be required for offers on this procurement. Competitive (Full and open or full and open after exclusion of sources) The Technical Data Package (TDP) is for a well-defined spare part and available for release to prospective offerors. The TDP is in an embedded link within the solicitation and the Government will not make the TDP avaialable elsewhere. Only offers that meet the requirements of the Technical Data Package and delivery schedule will be considered for award. Therefore, the only evaluation factor that will support meaningful comparison and discrimination between and among competing proposals is price. Therefore, IAW FAR 15.304(c)(3)(iii), past performance is not an appropriate evaluation factor for this procurement, but will be addressed prior to award in the responsibility determination IAW FAR 9.104. NOTE: This posting is the actual solicitation and supersedes the pre-solicitation synopsis. Offerors shall submit offers in FBO against this solicitation.
