Description

AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 is to encourage interested parties to submit meaningful, relevant, questions to the SEC regarding the attached ONE OIT documents. The SEC seeks collaborative industry feedback on its contemplated approach to the establishment of its new ONE OIT program. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their questions and comments by close of business on WEDNESDAY JANUARY 10, 2018. Please e-mail all questions and comments to smithtu@sec.gov, using the attached Q&A document ( Attachment 5 ). No attachments were modified via Amendment 2. This is a new SEC requirement and no incumbent exists.
