- Justification and Approval The National Science Foundation (NSF) is extending an existing purchase order through April 30, 2018 to permit time to assess the impact on the number of employees requiring round-trip transit benefits from home to work and costs due to a recent agency relocation from Arlington, VA to Alexandria, VA. This transit benefit assessment will permit NSF an ability to determine the best acquisition vehicle to cover employee transit needs and establish an new budget to cover transit costs. See the attached Justification and Approval document for a full description of NSF's need to extend the purchase Order.
