DA Summary U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New York City:Greater Albany Delineated Area:Point of Beginning - Where Crosstown Connection / Highway-7 passes over Balltown Rd. North: Troy Schenectady Rd/ Highway-7 East: Adirondack Northway/ I-87 South: I-90 West: I-890/ Schenectady County Veterans Memorial Highway-7 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,407 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,800 Space Type:Office and Light Industrial Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):7 Secured Onsite Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):7 Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Firm Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements: •Offered space must have loading dock and large vehicle garage bay. Must be able to drive vehicles inside the building. •Offered space cannot be located near schools, churches, childcare facilities, federal buildings, residential areas, shopping centers, night clubs, bars, power plants, or in close proximity to airport radar dishes or flight paths. •Building should be no more than two stories with no other tenants above or below. •Ceiling clearance of 15 feet in workshop area. •Offered space must be able to accommodate at least one 14X12 electrically operated overhead garage door. •7 secured onsite parking spaces with 24 hour access is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
