- Description
- About the Incumbent and Current Contract: The current contract, awarded to U.S. Bank, will expired on 03/27/2018. To ensure no lapse in service between the end of the current contract and the award of the new contract, ICE intends to issue a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor. Limitation on Pricing Approaches and Models: Note that at this time ICE cannot accept any pricing model (such as a no-cost or transaction-based approach) that increases the application fee for the SEVP participant. The SEVP student/visitor fee is set by statute and cannot be changed at this time. Therefore Offerors shall conform the price proposal to the tasks outlined in the PWS. Although ICE is exploring the option of converting the I-901 system to a transaction fee, no cost contract approach in the future, the Offeror's ability to provide such a solution will not be considered at this time.
