- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to Install approximately 475 LF in length of security fencing with finished height of 8ft. Fencing will encompass the well, pump and storage building with top and bottom rails per USACE standard 872-90-07. Field posts diameter size to be increased from 2.375 inch OD for additional wind resistance consideration with installation of slats in Sloan, NV. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2008 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and 150,000.00. Period of Performance will be 120 days after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
